  The campsie office of Austin Howorth & Lexon Legal provided me with my worst conveyancing experience ever. I believe they are too busy and take on too much work, and thus provide terrible service. At many steps in this important process they didnt go to any extra or I would say minimal required effort to facilitate important parts of the transaction. They are reluctant to phone you and wont forward or generally proactively call you if a buyer is trying to contact you. Its cheap but I was very very sorry I engaged them.
